Have you tried resetting the password for your family organizer's account? Because only the person with the Organizer role can remove members from the family group.

I need assistance with my Microsoft Family account.
I have a personal Microsoft account that is part of a Microsoft Family. The Family Organizer account was created using one of my Gmail addresses. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for that account and I am unable to recover it through the account recovery process.
Because that account is the Family Organizer, I am unable to approve permission requests or manage my Microsoft Family settings on my PC. This has left me unable to perform certain actions that require organizer approval.
I would appreciate your help with one of the following options, if possible:
Remove or delete the inaccessible Family Organizer account from the Microsoft Family.
Allow me to assign a different Microsoft account (for example, one belonging to my parent) as the new Family Organizer.
Advise me on any other solution that would allow me to regain control of my Microsoft Family settings.
I can provide any information needed to verify my identity and ownership of my accounts.
