Hello Everyone,

I am using Office 2019 and i would like to continue using it. Currently there is no support and none of my applications are currently working. I must have updated the applications without knowing they will stop working. Please help

    Hey @Kai-H , so I was also struggling with this problem...
    I just purchased the office 2019 like barely a year ago and now this is happening. I am a freshman student so these apps are a necessity for me. So, I just want to confirm if this means office 2019 won't work anymore? I have been trying to find a way for over a week now and tried everything possible...
    My macos is also 26.6.2 so it's supposedly compatible and I do have the right applications (16.78.3) installed which were working fine till late July.
    What do I need to do to resolve this or is there no other way around this anymore?

    quick update: I am using now MacOs Ventura 13.7.1 microsoft support gave me a link to download Microsoft Office 16.67 Installer. I deleted all older Office softwares then i ran down the Licence removal tool. i finally install 16.67 Checked out the autoupdates. When I open Word and I try to activate my subscription I get the pop-up error message “Unknown Error code : 0x0” what in the world is going on?

    There is no good news, I'm afraid. So-called certificate updates now mean that you won't be able to run Office on many older operating systems.     For a little background, have a look at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/officeinstall/update-m365-office-macos-ios. You may also be interested in the article at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/mac/certificate-update-mac-ios .

    In summary, you now need at a minimum macOS Monterey and an Office license which can run release 16.83 or later.

    If you are not able to upgrade at this time, you can try the open source suite called LibreOffice.
