Microsoft Authenticator, begin recovery does not recover my TOTP

Microsoft Authenticator on Android device. Backup from Android too. Personal account.
I followed the usual guide on clicking begin recovery on Microsoft Authenticator, then sign in.
However, I see that there is no TOTP being recovered. Wipe app data, begin recovery, login, still nothing.
Then I see cloud backup was turned on, with last backup 1 minute ago. Need support on restoring old backup?
