When did you update the storage?

After payment, there may be a delay of up to 48 hours for the new storage space to be updated.

If this deadline has passed, you can contact Microsoft support so that they can help you with this problem.

On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription".

Then fill in a few more details and you'll be transferred to speak with an Advisor.

hi Jonathan thanks for your feedback, also Craig, update storage about 2 months ago, and my wife is not happy because the one drive keeps telling her its full and to update, i will as you suggest contact microsoft thank you for your help guys

i think it may solve my problem after i contact Microsoft i hope

There is no need to delete your free 5GB of storage. Your new storage purchase just adds more storage to your existing 5GB. Just wait, as Jonathan suggests.
