I was charged annual fees and monthly fees want to keep monthly make the change on my account or call me to solve the problems thanks

Please sign in here with the Microsoft account that was charged: https://account.microsoft.com/services Check if you see both a monthly and an annual Microsoft 365 subscription.

If you see the annual plan, open Manage and check if there is an option to Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing. Then keep the monthly plan active.

Can you confirm what you see there? Do you see two active subscriptions, or only one annual subscription? Also, was the annual charge made by Microsoft directly, or through Apple/Google/another store?
