Purchased Microsoft 365 for home use. Payment made and received receipt in personal email (not outlook.com). Neither of my .outlook.com accounts show order history. Have links to download the product, but every time I click, the dashboard says no order history. Help!

    Hi Kristen,

It sounds like the Microsoft 365 subscription may have been purchased using a different Microsoft account than the one you're currently signed in with. The email address that received the purchase receipt doesn't necessarily have to be the Microsoft account associated with the subscription.

I recommend checking the receipt to see which Microsoft account (if any) is listed, then sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services using that account. If the subscription still doesn't appear, try redeeming the purchase using the download link from the receipt.

If you've confirmed you're using the correct Microsoft account and the order still isn't showing, it's best to contact Microsoft Support with your order number so they can locate the purchase and link it to the correct account if needed.

    Hope this helps!

You stated that you didn't use an outlook.com mail. Try signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with the e-mail you did use when you ordered your subscription.
