This is Tin, sorry to hear that you cannot access your account. May I know what is the error message that you're getting when trying to access your account?
Have you tried to reset your password already? If not yet, please try to reset it.
Go to https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx
Please enter your email address and click Next.
Please enter the alternate information that you have to send a code.
Then please check the code and enter it.
After that you should be able to reset your password as long as your security information is up to date.
