Hello, I am Mite, and I am here to help.
If your Microsoft account is asking for parental approval even though you are an adult, the first thing to check is whether Microsoft still sees your account as underage or whether your account is still inside a Microsoft family group. Please sign in to your Microsoft account profile and confirm that your birth date is correct. Then go to account.microsoft.com/family and check whether your account is listed in a family group. If you are an adult member, you can try leaving the family group from there. If Microsoft still treats the account as a child account, or if you cannot leave the family group yourself, the family organizer or the adult who originally gave consent may need to remove your account or remove the parental consent.
