    Hi,

When you say the Microsoft account recovery process does not work, could you clarify what you mean?

Are you not receiving a response after submitting the account recovery form, or are you receiving a reply stating that the information you provided is insufficient?

Hi there, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this — Microsoft’s recovery system can be very strict. If the automated account recovery form isn’t working even after multiple attempts, here are a few things that usually help:

Make sure you’re submitting the form from a device and location you previously used to sign in

Include as many details as possible: old passwords, exact subject lines of emails you’ve sent, folder names, and contacts you frequently emailed

Double‑check that the region, phone number, and alternate email match what was originally on the account

Try submitting the form more than once with additional details each time

If the system still doesn’t accept the recovery form, you can escalate it to Microsoft Support so a human agent can review it manually:

    ➡️ Go to: Microsoft Support → Account & Billing → Microsoft Account → I can’t sign in → I can’t recover my account

From there, you can request direct support and get a case created for manual verification.

Hope this helps someone get back into their account.
