Renewal Credit Card failure

My annual subscription to Microsoft 365 Family expired in March 2026. My attempts to renew annual subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal fails during payment with following error message:

"There is an issue with your payment method"

I have deleted my credit cards and added new card information. What's going on?

Hello

These are two different subscriptions.

You need to cancel the family plan. and sign up the personal plan separately.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, the family plan is currently showed as "expired" right?

You then can sign up for personal plan here

Make sure your credit card billing address is matching where you currently live and matching your profile's informatin regarding your country/region.
