Please sign in to the Microsoft account that has the subscription, then go here: https://account.microsoft.com/services Look for Microsoft 365, then select Manage > Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

If you do not see the subscription there, it may be under a different Microsoft account, or it may have been purchased through Apple, Google Play, PayPal, or another retailer.

- Do you see Microsoft 365 listed under Services & subscriptions?
- Is the charge coming from Microsoft directly, Apple, Google Play, PayPal, or your bank card?
