I have an unexpected charge of $108.24 and do not know what this is for.

I checked Microsoft records and it show no payments.

You know for a fact than you didn't purchase anything from Microsoft, and ...

You checked the payment history in your Microsoft account and confirmed it.

So now you must ask yourself: Who else knows my payment card details?

If the answer should be "no one" then you've got a problem. Contact the card issuer immediately.

If that doesn't work, please keep in mind that this is just a user-to-user forum, no one here have access to your Microsoft account or billing information. 4. In the box provided, type billing and press Enter.
