My Authenticator app pops up on my IPhone11 several times a day. I always hit "No, it's not me" and deny it. I have changed my password several times and then on 7/1/2026 I logged in to my Microsoft account and removed the password entirely and went with two step verification and Authenticator exclusively. It still keeps popping up multiple times each day. What do I need to do to make sure my account is secure and not being 'hacked'?
