How to stop ads on paid 365 outlook.com

I have a paid subscription to office 365 but now get ads on ******@outlook.com. How can I stop ads for this paid service? Thank you

I suggest you revert to the old Outlook, which can be done from the top right.

If you don't want to edit the registry, you can open the Run command using Windows key + R and paste the following into the box.

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\General" /v HideNewOutlookToggle /t REG_DWORD /d 00000001 /f

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences" /v UseNewOutlook /t REG_DWORD /d 00000000 /f

    Hi,

    "The AD shouldn't appear if you are using a Microsoft 365 subscription. May I know, if you are using a 365 personal or family subscription?

    Also, are you using an Outlook for Work account or a personal account?
