i cant remember which email im using for my microsoft

i've found the account i am using for the subscriptions, but when i log in the microsoft with the email i have purchased history. it says that i dont have subscriptions. it says "No Microsoft 365 Subscription"

At https://account.microsoft.com/services , do you see an entry for Office 2019? Typically, one-time purchase licenses are listed below any subscription product.

Office 2019 is a rather old version by now. If you see it in your account, you can install it, but you may need assistance with activation. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/activation/activate-microsoft-perpetual-products-using-the-product-activation-portal .

Since you have Office Home & Student 2019, the product key is usually used only once to link the license to a Microsoft account.

After that, Office is installed or reinstalled by signing in with the Microsoft account that redeemed the key, not by using the product key again.

Have you already redeemed this product key before at https://setup.office.com/, or is this the first time you are trying to use it?

Here are other steps you can try to check each Microsoft account you may have used:

1. Go to Services & subscriptions.
2. Sign in with one of your possible Microsoft accounts.
3. Check whether Office Home & Student 2019 appears under your products.
4. Sign out and repeat this with any other email addresses you may have used.

If you find Office Home & Student 2019 listed there, use that same account to install and activate Office.

If the product key shows as already used but none of your accounts show Office, then the key may already be linked to a different Microsoft account. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot look up which account redeemed a product key here in the Community.
