Unable to access my Instagram Account through Authenticator App

I am unable to login to my instagram account because I have added a 2 Factor Authentication through the Microsoft Authenticator App. I accidentally deleted Instagram from the list of 2FA on the Authenticator App and now I have no way to log in to my Instagram Account
