Option 1: Try opening the driver website in Microsoft Edge.
- Copy and paste the driver URL directly into Edge.
- Check if the page loads normally.
Option 2: If the website still cannot be opened, try downloading the driver from another device and then transfer the file to your Windows 11 PC using a USB drive.
