    Yep - that guide is called MS Learn and is available at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/?view=o365-worldwide

    There are thousands of ways to configure your Microsoft 365 environment - so that would vary greatly depending on your specific use case. If you're new to it and you don't have your own IT team, you might want to consider hiring a consultant which would assist you with getting this accomplished

    Just to clarify first, do you mean Microsoft 365?
