I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.
Open This PC > Right-click your 2 TB USB drive > Properties > Look at File System. If it says exFAT or FAT32, you need to format it to NTFS. Formatting will erase everything on the USB drive. Move any important files off the drive first, then right-click it, choose Format, select NTFS, and click Start.
Also, make sure you have enough space in that USB drive.

Thanks Dyari, my USB was already NTFS… I reformatted the USB to Fat32 and then reformatted it to NTFS and it resolved my issue. Just an FYI, I have enough space on the USB. Thanks Again!
