As the picture shown, "To Do" does not show any tasks. Re log-in or restart laptop cannot fix this issue.

This issue happened after MS SW update, SW version:(KB5094126) (26100.8655)

Hello @Yang, Cap

Thank you for your post and for sharing the screenshot.

To help me better understand the issue, could you please confirm whether you are currently using Classic Outlook or New Outlook?

I would also like to check whether this behavior is specific to Outlook or related to the Microsoft To Do service itself. Could you please try accessing your tasks directly from the web using the following link and let me know if your tasks are visible there: https://to-do.office.com/tasks/myday

If the tasks are displaying normally on the web version, it would suggest that the issue is related to the local Outlook client rather than the account itself.

In that case, please try the appropriate cache-clearing steps below depending on which Outlook version you are using.

1. If you are using Classic Outlook, please clear the Outlook cache:

Close Outlook completely. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

Enter the following path and press Enter: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache

Open the folder containing the Outlook cache files.

This will open the RoamCache folder containing the cache files associated with your Outlook profile. Usually, it's located at: C:\Users{User name}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache

Click anywhere within the folder, press Ctrl + A to select all files, and then press the Delete key to remove them. Alternatively, you can right-click the selection and choose the Delete option from the context menu.

- X + RoamCache × 4 7 Outlook RoamCache Search RoamCar a A € New v X 14 Sort v View Y ... ID Details Home Name Date modified Type Gallery Desktop 4 Downloads Documents Pictures Music Videos Screenshots This PC Network 14 items 14 items selected 15.4 KB

After clearing the cache, restart Outlook again. It will rebuild the necessary cache files from scratch.

2. If you are using New Outlook, please clear the New Outlook cache:

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
Enter: olk.exe --devtools

This opens the new Outlook on Windows client and an instance of the Microsoft Edge DevTools.

In the Microsoft Edge DevTools window, select the Network tab. Select and hold (or right-click) anywhere in the Requests table. Then, select "Clear browser cache".

The 'Clear browser cache' option is selected in Microsoft Edge DevTools.

You can follow the instructions provided in the Microsoft article below: Clear the Office cache - Office Add-ins | Microsoft Learn

Once you have completed these steps, please let me know:

  • Whether you are using Classic Outlook or New Outlook
  • Whether your tasks appear correctly in the web version
  • Whether clearing the cache makes any difference

With a bit more information, I'll be in a much better position to understand the cause and provide more targeted guidance.

Thank you very much for your cooperation, and I look forward to your update.

Best regards,
