Do you have an Android device? If so, on your device, Open the Google Play Store app.Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. See if you can find the subscription matching this.
Also, even if this is for a Microsoft product, but if you signed up via Google Play, all billing support is managed via Google, not Microsoft.
