Account Hacked

I had to use a different email address to submit this Q&A because my Microsoft account was hacked about 4 hours ago. The hacker added another email address to my account, changed the password, and removed my recovery options. Verification codes are now being sent only to the hacker's email address instead of mine. When I use the Microsoft Account Helper tool and enter my original email address, it says "No problems found," even though I received three security emails from Microsoft about account changes made by the hacker around 4 hours ago. When I try the account recovery process, it asks me to verify my identity using a code sent to the hacker's email address, which I obviously cannot access. My account is still recognized as belonging to me, but I currently have no way to regain access. Could you please advise how I can recover my account or escalate this issue to a support representative?

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

    Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why your account is not found when signing in.

    Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
