okay so i was on discord and i wanted to link my mincraft account (my minecraft acc has my outlook as the email) and then like it worked and a couple hours later i go to play minecraft and then it says im logged out and i try to log in with my regular email and it says account not found and it shows a different email that ive NEVER MADE or even seen and i've tried to log in with my back up email but i remembered i dont have that email either but earlier today i had logged in with my regular email so i went back and it was logged in with the different email and i never changed the email and i cant get in please help me i need this email back so bad

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.
Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why your account is not found when signing in.
Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft/Minecraft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
