Hello, dear Microsoft

i have just a quick question, I am trying to log into my outlook account, and in order to do that i need code from authenticator and in order to log into authenticator i need to have code from it but thats sipmly immpossible, how am i supposed to have code from authenticator when i cannot log into it.

On the sign-in screen, tap "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app" or "Sign in another way" to verify via SMS or backup email instead — if no alternative method is available, recover your account at https://account.live.com/acsr

If it's a work/school account, contact your organization's IT admin or helpdesk — they can reset your MFA registration in Microsoft Entra admin center, which will prompt you to set up Authenticator fresh on your next sign-in.
