Account apperantly doesnt exist but when i try to make a new one with the same email it does all of a sudden

This usually means Microsoft is not seeing that address as a usable sign-in alias right now, even though the email may still be reserved or attached somewhere. With Minecraft, the main thing is to confirm which Microsoft account actually owns the game before creating anything new.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

First, try signing in at account.microsoft.com with the exact email. If it goes to a password screen, the account exists, so use “Forgot password” or the Sign-in Helper. If it says the account does not exist, double-check the spelling and domain, like outlook.com vs hotmail.com, or gmail.com vs googlemail.com.

Next, search every email inbox you own for “Minecraft”, “Mojang”, “Microsoft”, “migration”, “Xbox”, and “order”. The purchase or migration email is usually the best clue for which account owns Minecraft.

It is also recommended that you sign out of the Minecraft Launcher, Xbox app, and Microsoft Store completely, then sign into the Xbox app first with the account you believe owns Minecraft, and only then open the Minecraft Launcher again.

If you ever changed aliases or suspect the account was hacked, tell Microsoft support specifically: “My Microsoft account sign-in alias may have been changed, and it owns Minecraft.” The normal recovery form may fail if the visible email is no longer the primary sign-in alias.

Do not create a new account with that email unless Microsoft confirms the old account is gone, because Minecraft purchases cannot normally be moved to a different Microsoft account.
