my administrator within AFRY tries to give my App access on an elderly ipad, ios 16.7.16, pro report version 3.2.43.

he exports a QR code I try to import, the access with my ipad seems to be blocked. the file he halso sent me has around 36MB, IO think this are all data bases. but I alwys have a message that the connection failed and the path: /out/prp3_90FFCEDAC9... and so is not available or cannot be reached.

what can be done to solve such a problem?

    Based on your description, this doesn’t appear to be a SharePoint or Microsoft 365 issue. It sounds much more like a data import or synchronization problem within the third-party app “Pro-Report”, which is developed by gripsware.

    The connection error and the file path you’re seeing (for example /out/prp3_90FFCEDAC9...) suggest that the app is unable to reach or resolve the data source it’s supposed to connect to.

    You may want to double-check how the access is being provisioned. I’d recommend contacting your AFRY administrator and asking them to export a new QR code from their desktop and have you import it again, as the previous QR code might have expired or could be pointing to a local path that is no longer accessible. After re-importing, please check if that resolves the issue.

    If the problem still persists, it’s important to note that this app is developed by gripsware, so the appropriate technical support would need to come from their team rather than Microsoft.
