Hearing aid connection to Blue tooth

HEARING AID DOES NOT CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH. IT COMES UP WITH " Your Windows PC doesn't support LE Audio. Some features might not be available for your hearing aids."

Any solutions?

Thanks for your reply Emily. I am on windows 11, 25H2. I can't see "Use LE Audio when available ". Looks like I'll have to contact Dell. Thanks anyway. LG

Hello

To find out if your Windows 11 supports LE Audio, you can go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices, Scroll down to the Devices Settings section. See if you have the option of "Use LE Audio when available ", If so, make sure you turn it on. If not, it means your Windows doesn't support it. If it is not there, you will have to wait for the computer's manufacturer (such as Dell, Lenovo, depending on what brand yours is) to release the LE Audio Bluetooth driver in order for Windows to have this feature.
