Payment taken twice

My subscription was taken on 9th November 2025 then again on 24th June 2026 !!! This cannot be correct for the same subscription

On my subscription page it states next payment is due on 9th November 2026

Please sort this out

The only way to check is through your Microsoft order history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders Please sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Microsoft 365 subscription and look for the £84.99 charge dated 24 June 2026.

If it is not listed there, please check any other Microsoft account you or a family member may have used with the same card.

Can you confirm these three things?

  1. Does the £84.99 charge appear in your Microsoft order history?
  2. What does the bank statement description say? Please do not post full card or bank details.
  3. Do you have another Microsoft account or shared Microsoft 365 Family subscription? Please try all accounts you may have used before.

If the charge does not appear in any Microsoft order history, your card provider may be the best place to verify where the payment went or dispute the transaction.

    If your subscription page says the next payment is due on 9 November 2026, then the 24 June 2026 charge may be for a different Microsoft subscription, a different Microsoft account, or a separate storage/OneDrive plan.

    Please check this first:

    Please compare the 24 June charge with the subscription name shown there.

    Can you confirm these three things?

    1. Is the 24 June payment shown in your Microsoft order history?
    2. Does it show the same subscription name as the November payment?
    3. Do you have another Microsoft account or family member account that may use the same card?

    If the 24 June charge does not appear in any Microsoft order history, it may be linked to another account, or you may need to dispute it with your card provider.
