Hello, support team. I'm writing from this new account to request critical assistance after being a victim of crime (I was drugged and my cell phone and laptop were stolen).

My primary account is ******@hotmail.com.

The problem: I've lost physical devices, including access to my trusted account and the phone number where I received verification codes. I'm extremely concerned that criminals, with unlocked physical devices, could access my personal information, change passwords, and steal my identity.

We can't successfully use the automatic recovery form because we don't have the trusted devices I used to log in from.

Is it possible for an agent to escalate this case to verifiable theft to temporarily block access to the account or provide us with a manual identity verification method?

We appreciate any guidance; this is an emergency situation. I have identification documents to verify, as well as the police report and medical report of the theft.
