I bought a game pass ultimate account in May and today it asked me to make it more secure but I don't have access to the email it's on and your AI support couldn't help so could I please get a solution or an actual Microsoft employee to talk to and resolve this? (I have the order details and invoice if needed invoice is in Turkish though)

The message asking to “make your account more secure” is the Microsoft account security prompt (“Let’s protect your account” / “Help us secure your account”). To proceed, the account must have a verification method that can receive codes.

Because there is no access to the email currently on the account, use these steps:

    1. Try adding a new security method when prompted
When the “Help us secure your account” screen appears:
      • Enter an alternate email address or phone number that can be accessed (it does not have to be the original email on the account).
      • Select Next.
      • Retrieve the code sent to that alternate email/phone and enter it.
      • Select Verify.
Details of this flow are described here: Help us secure your account.
    2. If sign-in or verification still fails, use the official sign-in helper
For any Microsoft account sign-in issues (including not receiving or not being able to use verification codes), run the guided Sign-in Helper tool:
      • Go to the sign-in helper start page: Start.
      • Follow the steps it provides based on the specific problem (can’t access email, codes not received, etc.).
    3. If the account is locked or recovery is failing, use the recovery form guidance
If the account has become locked or normal sign-in flows fail, follow the guidance for the Microsoft account recovery form to regain access using whatever information is available (order details, invoice, previous info, etc.):
    4. Contact Microsoft Support to speak with an employee
If the automated tools (security prompt, sign-in helper, recovery form) do not resolve the issue, contact Microsoft Support and request help with account security and recovery: Support agents can review the situation, use the order details and invoice as proof where applicable, and guide through the correct recovery or security-update process.
