I've had a Surface Pro 9 i5 1245u for over a year now, and the problem is that it suddenly turns off abruptly. I've tried all the tips that are on the internet, nothing helps. The service center said that the processor needs to be changed. I bought a new i5 1235u processor, the wizard will change it. I have a request! Does anyone have a UEFI dump for the Surface Pro 9 i5 1235u? Please help me.

A Microsoft Service Center told you the processor had to be replaced? Which exact Microsoft service center? The processor on its own is not considered a replaceable stand alone part. Thank you so much Barb for responding to my post. The fact is that I live in Russia, and Microsoft has completely left Russia. A very good professional service took over to repair my surface pro 9, in another city 3,000 kilometers away from me. They have already soldered the processor, removed the i5 1245u and installed the new i5 1235u. But the thing is, after replacing the processor, you need to reconfigure the bios for the new processor (of course, they cleared the me region in the bios). The trouble is that they can't configure the bios correctly for the new i5 1235u, everything works fine, but the touch pad doesn't work. In general, a uefi dump is needed for the surface pro 9 with an i5 1235u processor, there is no other way out!

The first one was a surface book, and after two years of intermittent operation, the touch pad stopped working in places, and I gave it to my friend's mom. The second one was a surface pro 8, this one miraculously still works, I gave it to my daughter. And here's the third surface pro 9, now I'm going to cut fish on it! Come on, stop joking.
