I have created a cloud flow and called a desktop flow inside it, how to get the logs of the process.

Regarding your query about how to find logs in a Power Automate flow, you can follow the steps below:

Go to Power Automate.
Navigate to My flows.
Select the flow you would like to review.

Once you open the flow run details, you will be able to see:

Trigger details
Each action result
Status (Succeeded/Failed)

Thank you for your response.

If by "logs of each execution in a document" you mean exporting the execution history of a Power Automate flow

Please try export run history to CSV

Go to Power Automate > My Flows.

Open the flow.

Select All runs.

Use Get .csv file (if available in your tenant).

Download the CSV containing run details such as:

Run ID

Start Time

End Time

Status (Succeeded/Failed)

Error Message

Trigger information

This is useful for creating a document or spreadsheet of executions.
