Hi,
My organization in based in Indonesia and we planning to change our payment method from credit card to bank transfer. However we couldn't find that option in the payment method section. Can you help me how and where we can change the payment method?

Hello @Asia Justice and Rights -,

Thank you for sharing your question.

For Microsoft 365 business subscriptions, the option to change from a credit card to a bank transfer is not always available in the Admin Center. By default, Microsoft accepts credit or debit cards as the standard payment method, and bank transfer (wire transfer) is only supported through invoice-based billing, which must be specifically approved.

This means the payment method cannot be switched directly in the portal unless your organization is eligible for invoice billing and the option has been enabled on your billing profile. In addition, invoice (wire transfer) payment is generally not available for new customers and requires meeting certain eligibility criteria set by Microsoft.

For your reference: Pay your Microsoft business invoice by wire transfer | Microsoft Learn

To proceed, I recommend contacting the Microsoft Billing Support team so they can review your account and confirm whether invoice (bank transfer) payment is available for your organization, as well as guide you through the application process if you are eligible.

For business support: Please note that this must be done by your Microsoft 365 Admin.

  • Find your Microsoft 365 admin: If you don't know who the admin is in your organization, you can find guidance here: How can I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
  • Submit a service request: The Global Administrator should create a support request with Microsoft to receive advanced technical assistance. For detailed instructions, see: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
  • If your subscription is from a partner or reseller, contact the reseller's support provider to help open a service request on behalf of you instead.

I sincerely apologize for redirecting you to the Microsoft Billing Support Team. While I strive to assist as much as possible here in the forum, my resources are limited when it comes to backend-level diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting.

Thank you, and please let me know if you need any further assistance.
