Won't let me check out

I didn't know where else to put this so here I am. I was going to buy Office but it has been made so difficult I am not longer interested in doing so. Just wanted to inform you that if you want people to buy your products you might want to make things a little more intuitive and helpful.

Issue 1: Wouldn't let me log into my account. After searching through many, many articles I finally got an answer that resolved my issue. It took way too much time (30+ mins) for something that takes 1 min on every other site in the world.

Issue 2: Wouldn't let me check out when I tried to buy Office. Again after MANY articles and time (45+ mins) I finally got an answer that might have helped, however, it did not because of issue three.

Issue 3: I tried to enter in my credit card information and it wouldn't add it. My card is in good standing and I double then triple checked the info entered and it was all correct.

I know that I am speaking to deaf ears and you don't need my pitiful $179 dollars but just thought someone might be interested in making the customer service experience more helpful and less annoying. Even trying to give feedback took way too much time to find a place to actually write a comment and I am not sure I am even in the right place. You will chalk it up to user error and give me some generic response which I am not interested in. I am no longer interested in using Office either. This is really just a way for me to vent my frustration and MAYBE it will be the one comment that tips the scale to where something may actually be done. I, of course, will not be holding my breath. I don't need to die over buying something I wasn't that thrilled to buy in the first place.
