"I am the family organizer on [REMOVEDPII@hotmail.com] and need to remove a child account ([REMOVEDPII@hotmail.com]) from my family group and change it to an adult account. When I go to account.live.com/mykids.aspx to remove consent it shows a blank page. When I try to remove from family group it says I need to remove consent first but the consent page is blank. Microsoft support chat referred me here. Case number [REMOVEDPII].

Currently, there appears to be an issue on Microsoft’s server side where the option to manage consent for a child account does not load properly, and the page appears empty, as shown in the screenshot here.

I have two organizer accounts with child accounts, and I am experiencing the same issue when trying to manage consent, even though I was the one who previously provided consent for those child accounts. This may be a backend issue, and it will likely be resolved within 24–48 hours.

In the meantime, I recommend submitting your feedback directly to Microsoft developers from the Microsoft Family Safety homepage:
