A few weeks ago I got my account stolen because I shared a verification code and they changed the gmail, I can prove everything that that is my account, I have the receipt on my gmail, I tried doing the Microsoft ASCR but i didnt get any gmail when 1-2 days passed. I dont know how to get my account back, I don't know how to talk to a real person.

Hi,

What is the exact error message you receive when you try to sign in to your Microsoft account?

I'm sorry this happened. As a reminder, never share verification codes, one time passwords (OTPs), or authentication requests with anyone, as these are often used by attackers to compromise accounts.

If you submitted the ASCR form and have not received a response after several days, please check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Deleted Items folders. Also verify that the contact email address you provided in the form is correct.

In addition, avoid submitting multiple recovery requests within a short period of time. If you have not yet received a response to your previous submission, please wait for the outcome before sending a new one, as multiple submissions can sometimes delay the recovery process or make it more difficult to track the latest request.

Sometimes the automated recovery system may not send a response if the information provided does not sufficiently match the account records. If you decide to submit the form again, try to provide as much accurate information as possible, such as previous passwords, account details, contacts, billing information, or any other information associated with the account.

Please note that account recovery is fully automated for security and privacy reasons, and Microsoft Support cannot manually verify ownership or override the results of the recovery process.
