It's asking for my credentials but won't allow me to access anything. Would like to have a live chat

To help narrow down the issue:

  1. Is this a personal OneDrive account, or a work/school OneDrive account?
  2. Can you sign in directly at https://onedrive.live.com using the same email and password?
  3. What exact message appears after it asks for your credentials?

If you can sign in on the OneDrive website, the issue is likely with the OneDrive app sign-in on the PC. Try signing out of OneDrive, restart the PC, then open OneDrive again and sign in.

If you cannot sign in on the website either, this is likely an account sign-in issue, not just OneDrive.

For live chat, (Personal MS Account) go here: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contactChoose Microsoft 365 / OneDrive, then follow the options for contact support.

If this is a work or school account, the Microsoft 365 admin or your organization’s IT department may need to help.
