Please understand that this is a community forum. As community contributors, we do not have access to Microsoft's billing systems, customer accounts, payment records, or refund tools. Therefore, I am unable to directly identify the charge, cancel a subscription, or process a refund on your behalf.

    Dear @Anne Ndungu,

    I hope you’re having a good day.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you noticed a charge of 110.29 on your credit card and that you do not recognize this transaction.

To help determine what this charge relates to, could you please send me a Private Message containing a screenshot or copy of the transaction as it appears on your bank or credit card statement?

Once I can review the transaction description, I will do my best to help identify whether the charge appears to be associated with a Microsoft product, subscription, or service, and advise on the most appropriate next steps.

Thank you, and I look forward to your update.

    Warm regards,
