Struggling to log back into my original accound

If anyone could help me with getting back my account. On Monday, I got logged out for no reason at all, so I tried logging back in with my passkey in hand. However, it said that I needed a code from an authenticator app, which I neither used nor created, and the verification code went to a different email, which was even weirder since I never made an Outlook account, since I have been using Gmail to look for my mail. I need help getting my Microsoft account back, using the authenticator app
