Service: Azure Trusted Signing (Artifact Signing). The subscription is an Azure Plan with Microsoft for Startups credits applied.
Scenario: Onboarding a registered company for organization Identity Validation.
Result: Validation has failed multiple times within 15-30 minutes. No failure reason is shown in the portal.
Already checked: all submitted details match our Dun & Bradstreet record, the "Artifact Signing Identity Verifier" role is assigned to my user.
