Hi John Adams,
I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after you already tried different browsers, devices, and networks and still received the same “The request is blocked” message.
To better understand where the issue is happening, could you please confirm a couple of things?
- Are you trying to open the label from the Microsoft account Devices page, or from a link in an email?
- Is this for a Surface repair/service order, or for a Microsoft Store return/refund?
- Do you see the same message immediately after selecting Print shipping label, or does the page load first and then fail?
In the meantime, please try the steps below:
- Go to Microsoft account > Devices, sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the service or return request, select your Surface, then choose Check status under Service Orders and try opening Print shipping label from there: Check the status of a Surface repair order, cancel the order, or print a shipping label
- Check your email inbox, junk, and spam folders for any return/shipping label email or return instructions.
- If you are using a link from an email, try copying the full link and pasting it into an InPrivate/Incognito browser window instead of opening it directly from the email.
For privacy and security, please do not post your order number, serial number, address, phone number, or email publicly in this thread.
While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
