Having trouble Approve sign in request

I have trouble approve my sign in request. I can log in to all microsoft account but whenever I try to go in teams or outlook, it says i need to approve sign in request in authenticator app but it says the same thing in authenticator app. So I cannot approve both in my pc or my phone.
