Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Since ESU failed and left my computer compromised cannot go online, now lost access to Office 365 subscription which ends November
Am fuming Microsoft! Firstly, your faulty implementation of the ESU enrollment screwed up my machine. Almost locked me out and prevented my access to my data entirely. Semi-usable, it now exists in a totally compromised state and I haven't been able to work out how to fix it. I probably have to reinstall everything at least but can't. SSD prices have become so costly thanks to you and your AI industry kin, as if forcing people to upgrade to Windows 11 or buy a new computer wasn't bad enough already.
That means it's no longer secure enough to use online because it's still stuck in old Windows 10 mode. And because you insist on paid up subscribers logging into their online Microsoft account to keep that already fully paid up subscription live and usable, which I feel is ridiculous and especially for travelers who may be cut off from the internet months at a time, I now can't access the legitimate 365 software subscription I paid for that is still valid. That's nearly a full year's worth of subscription lost at my expense.
I am not impressed. Either you need to refund me for the lost subscription, or you need to find a way to restore my access to the subscription I paid in full for in good faith urgently. I also have it in mind to consider legal action. This kind of corporate behavior is disgusting.
Will you give me back access to my 365 subscription without requiring me to log in when I can't? Otherwise, you must refund me, as a minimum per my consumer rights here in the UK.
