    You seem very careful from your post, so I understand why you’re looking for an official answer before giving up on recovery. However, it's worth noting that Windows Mobile is a discontinued platform for many years, it's unlikely that you can get direct support on it now.

    Just based on the available historical information about Windows Mobile 6 Storage Card Encryption, there does not appear to be any publicly documented method for recovery:
