Subject: Legacy Dopod S1 / HTC Touch P3450 Windows Mobile 6 .menc encrypted media recovery

I have several old .menc encrypted media files created on a Dopod S1 / HTC Touch P3450 running Windows Mobile 6. The original phone is lost. I have unencrypted photos from the same device as provenance evidence. The files appear related to Windows Mobile Storage Card Encryption.

Could you confirm whether HTC/Microsoft has any official legacy recovery path, key escrow, internal tool, or authorized service option for Windows Mobile 6 encrypted storage-card media files?
