Just to clarify, Visio isn’t included in standard Microsoft 365 plans like Business, E3, or E5, it’s offered as a separate product. To download and install the Visio desktop app on your laptop, you’ll need one of the following licenses:
- Visio Plan 2 (subscription-based): this includes both the desktop app and web version
- Or a one-time purchase such as Visio Professional / Visio Standard 2024, 2021, 2019, 2016
