Unable to login to Azure portal no code on outlook mobile app

Hi I am effectively locked out of my Azure account as every time I try to login I get a message "Open your Outlook mobile app, and enter the number shown to sign in." however I do not get any code either in my Mobile Outlook app or Authenticator app. Please help
