Based on your screenshot, the red error message is showing the core problem that the product key you entered is not a Visio key but an Office Professional 2019 key. Office Professional Plus 2019 and Visio are two separate products/licenses, which means Visio is not included in Office Professional Plus.

That said, you need to use a separate Visio 2019 key to activate Visio. You can double check to confirm you already purchased Visio 2019 by signing into https://account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account you used to buy Visio license and looking if your Visio license listed there (Visio Standard 2019, Visio Professional 2019, Visio Plan 2, etc.)

One more important thing is that do not post your product key here. If someone used your product key to activate license on their own device, it would cause a big trouble and there would be a possibility that you may lost your Office product key.
