Lost phone with Microsoft Authenticator and need help restoring access to my accounts

Hello, I lost my phone, and it had Microsoft Authenticator installed with my 2FA codes saved inside, including the one I use for Instagram.

I am no longer in possession of that phone, and I believe I did not have backup enabled on Microsoft Authenticator on the old device. Now, when I try to sign in to Instagram, it asks for the OTP code from the old Authenticator app, which I can no longer access because the phone is lost.

I need help to resolve this issue and restore access to my authentication codes on my new phone using the new Microsoft Authenticator app, so I can regain access to my Instagram account.

Could someone please help me with this?
