I just wanted to verify with you whether your Bluetooth problem has been fixed, and you can now see its option on your computer.

Please try to check the old Sound Control Panel

Press Windows + R to open Run then type:

mmsys.cpl

Press Enter.

On the Playback tab:

Find your Bluetooth headset.

Right-click it and select Set as Default Device.

On the Recording tab:

Find your headset microphone.

Right-click it and select Set as Default Device.

Hi, good day!

  • When was the last time it worked properly?
  • Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

Here are some of the things you can try.

  • Shutdown your computer

Unplug the power cable from the computer for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on.

This will open Services app

Find Bluetooth Support service in the list

Right click it then select Restart

Right click it again then select Properties

Click General Tab, in the Startup Type option, choose Automatic in the drop-down list.

Click Apply and OK.

Restart your computer.

  • Please try to turn off Fast startup

Press Start then search Control panel

Under View by > select Small icons

Select Power Options

On the left side, click "Choose what power buttons do"

Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"

Under Shutdown settings > Turn off fast startup

Power off the system then pull the power cable from the computer, wait for 15 minutes.

Power back on

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add Comment" below.
